Silber Turbo questions.

Hi. Just came home from a weekend in the mountains with my 2011 pro rmk with 2011 silber turbo kit. But ran into a couple problems, every time i started the sled, it would be a 50/50 chance if it would run on both cylinders, or just one. If it only ran on one, i always needed to stop it and take out the plug on MAG side, pull the pull start a couple times without ignition and spark plug in, burn the spark plug and mount it. Then it would fire up and go as it should.

Suggestions?

Also, what is safe a/f ratio around 4-5000rpm? Im at around 14.5 and im thinking thats a little to high. What do i need to adjust? If i go higher on green, it only seems like it's getting too much so it will stall alittle before it comes.

When it seem like its only running on 1 cyl take a look at the lights on your control box. Is just the green on or do you have the blue coming on once in a while also?

I would check your plug wires very carefully, they are known to go bad. Also are you running ngk Bpr9eix plugs ? they work best in the turbos as far as not fouling out.
Looks pretty good !!!

Have checked the plug wires, I know some of them had some rubber or something inside them so they would loose contact after a while, but thats not the case here. It's gets to much gas on low rpms, need to adjust green from what I understand. The bogging at the end of the video I belive is from yellow mode beeing to high, and maybe i need to adjust yellow blue also.

And yes, I have used br9eix, but they were the first that went. Going to try the new NGK spark plugs delivered on 2012 Polaris sleds.

ummm listened a few times to the last part of the clip, I would agree that it sounds like it just loaded up and was missing then cleaned out. Whats the af like when you have the throttle pegged? Maybe a 1/2 number less across the board and see what happens.
i'm kind of thinking with all the in and out of the throttle its just to rich everywhere? What do the plugs show for heat? whats your egt's?

lol that tree riding at higher speed looks like you better have your eyes open....hahahaha fun !!

What is your green set at? Mine does the same thing if I am at 4 in the trees. I just put it down to 3.5 once I am boondocking.

At WOT the a/f ratio is around 11.5-12, at around 4-5000rpms it's around 14-15. Ill take your advice on adjusting all 1/2 less and then see. The plugs are pretty black so i can lean it out more. No egt mounted so i don't know.

Love fast tree riding! Pretty risky and you have to be concentrated, but theres to little snow yet, so maneuvering is kinda scetchy. :)
