Silber Turbo questions/issues

I recently purchased a Silber Turbo kit for a 2011 Pro RMK and was wondering if anyone has had any issues/problems with the installation process.

I began installing my kit and everything was going along pretty well until I hit the part where you install the turbo assembly. I just can't get the oiltank to slide in to the silencer holder holes and have the top silencer holder fit in place and clear the brake with the downpipe. I even went as far as removing the downpipe and it still doesn't seem like it will fit properly. Have any of you other guys had any issues like this and if so how did you resolve it.

One other question is on the billet throttle boot there are 4 small barb hose fittings. Where do these get connected to. The instructions elude to connecting them to the line that goes to the blow off valve, but I'm unsure.

I tried calling my local dealer and Justin however I have not had any luck yet and I am looking for an answer quicker than later.

Just be patient with Justin he is extreamly busy and im sure will call you back in the order he got your call. IMO your best bet is talking with him.
As for the vacume lines go on the billit plate, should got to the blow off valve for sure.
Wouldnt hurt to try him again also, he dosent mind being bugged with tech questions. Good luck

I had to hog out the holes a little bit because of the powder coating. I also loosened up the bolts on the turbo cartridge.

I could be thinking about this wrong, but is the turbo clocked properly. We had one kit come the turbo had not been clocked.

i had a hard time getting mine to line up also, it definatly was a tight fit and i'm thinking that the turbo had to get raised up about 1/4 in or so from where it sits in the tank. when i did get it altogether it was nice and solid and the fit looked good.

Finally got it in, busy with work and all, had to round the holes as well and disconnect the downpipe. Last couple questions is off the control box does the brown wire connect to anything, and how did you load the weights for 5000-7000 ft/how much boost(av gas). Any other tricks that may be halpful would be fully appreciated

The brown wire is going to be for closed loop option. Currently his controller doesn't have code in the controller for closed loop. I believe he will be offering it as an upgrade to his customers. So you don't have to connect the brown wire to anything right now.

I can't tell you what weight to run unfortunately.

How much boost do you plan on running? I would start at 72 grams evenly displaced through the weight.

This year I am starting with a 72 gram adjustable weight as last year I wound up with 78.5 to keep off rev limiter. Could not get the weight low enough making the clutch sensitive to snow condition.
