whos been up owls or blue lake? prolly gonna ride saturday

rode blue ridge monday, trail is brutal. lots of snow up there though. Queest is barely touched, only 2 of us have been in there. Trail is good. They're logging owl head so you can drive up to about 4 miles from the cabin and unload.

is the blue lake trail super rough down low? or not enough coverage? where you think be best bet for some deep tree riding?

we rode blue lake last friday and the coverage was very thin for about 5 k

was up at owlshead sunday, hunters range tuesday.. snow was so deep sunday we couldn't even make it past the cabin at owlshead.. easily 5+ feet of powder. (picture is from that day)



tuesday up at hunters was probably 3-4feet of fresh on a great base. some of the best days I have had up at those areas.
