A few of you have been asking so here's the scoop. Sicamous is having great spring sledding and it was snowing in town this morning!! The cool weather has kept access trails open to the bottom at Owlhead, Blue Lake and Eagle Pass. Guys are driving up to 2.5k on Queest. Grooming should continue until after the Easter Weekend - check out sledsicamous.com for the latest grooming schedule and parking tips.
We have been getting fresh snow every few days so there is powder to be had and the sun should be shining this weekend! Be careful of the unstable slopes and WEAR the RIGHT EQUIPMENT. You will find tons of boondocking in the meadows and trees! If you have been waiting for perfect Sicamous sledding - it may be now. Tim
