Shred The Horse

I can't wait to get riding. It's knee deep down a couple roads in the Swan... getting closer!

Benefits

There is a never ending list of reasons why I enjoy riding my bike more than my sled, and to each his own. I come from a skiing/snowboarding background and feel like the ridability( <NEW WORD) is incomparable to the snowmobile. The confidence level while riding through super tight trees at a blistering pace is unmatched. Dealing with a 300lb machine vs a 450lb + machine will make a huge difference at the end of the day. Leaving you to choose weather you want to spend your last ounce of energy, or you just want to stop in the middle of a normally critical side hill and have a beer. The snowbike riders will be developing completely different techniques, which is allowed by the more balanced chassis design of a dirt bike. Bottom line is that you are limited to what you can do on a sled because of the size/weight, you could have all the power in the world and it wouldn't do you any good if you can't ride it. I look forward to seeing more Snowmobiliers convert completely.

It's well on it's way.

One ski is the way!:faint:

Hawk fest might increase in participation from all types of riders this year?

Sho will, or it should, not like snowmobiles progressing someday and staying just fine when dismounted mid return arch high marking!:boxing:

Yeah Snowhawk Days last year was fun for sure, I didn't have many Bikes to ride with at that point so it was really fun for me. Hanging out with Allen and Michael from Timbersled was a treat. Are the dates planned for Snowhawks days again?
