Shout out for Good Customer Service - -RotoPax

Hey guys,

If you're looking for a good fuel pack for the back of your sled, I'd recommend trying out Rotopax (www.rotopax.com). I've used the 2 gallon and 3 gallon successfully on my sleds, and both work very well -- the best part being how easy it is to get them off and back on -- just a turn of a handle.

The reason for the post is that my 3 gallon can -- which I just bought in January last year -- developed a leak near the handle. I emailed asking about a warranty (totally expecting to be buying a new can). Instead, Jason (the owner) sent me an email saying that a new can would be shipped my way as soon as possible.

What great service! This is what keeps customers loyal -- and that being the case, I just bought a 1.75 gallon with mount for my brother's sled.

I have been running their cans for years with great success. I love the durability of their stuff and the simplicity of the mounting system. Also the 2 gal storage can is awesome for carrying your day's worth of food/drink. If you spill in there, it's easy to clean out. I highly recommend them also!

Great to here that there are still companies out there like ourselves that strive to do the best they can to support the customer in the long run. We are in a people business, it kills me to see companies that have no remorse or care for the customers. Thumbs up to RotoPAx for this review!!
