I place a call to Brad after hours about a vent kit for the XP chassis and I had it 2 days later. Half way accross the country by pony express. Way to step up Brad. I love customer service like that.

Always had good customer service from them.....


Once they sent something out to me had not recieved it in a few days called them about and they resent the same thing to me again only to show up on my doorstep the next day........no questions asked.....thats customer service!!!

Its nice to see someone saying something GOOD about customer service.

We are all SO fast to condemn all the BAD service we encounter, but not always so good about passing out COMPLIMENTS when they get it right!

Glad to hear these kinds of things, I like the look of his vents but I've been waiting for pics of the RT1000 vents installed.
