Shorter Snow Flap or Custom Snow Flaps

While riding the Snowies last week/weekend I happened to see a '12 or '13 PC with a cool looking short snow flap. It looked very similar to the one that comes on them factory but ALOT shorter! I checked it out the best I could without getting on my hands and knees and nose deep in the tunnel and track and it didn't look to be just the factory one cut off or modified. Does anyone know can you get a shorter version from Arctic Cat? Or would this have been an aftermarket one from some place? Does anyone know of places to get shorter snow flaps? I've tossed the idea around of just taking it off but will that effect getting snow to the heat exchanger for cooling?

My cooling is fine without a flap on my '13 Snopro Ltd

i took mine and cut the top off instead of the bottom which gives you back the entire bumper. it is good. someone on here had it done so i borrowed the idea. no coolong issue as of yet.

Here's mine and I call it the Roost'r Flap

Measured 4" up from the horizontal line above Arctic Cat and cut it off

Throw this part away

Trimmed off the backside gussets to make room from my backing plates

Mounted it on the inside of the tunnel and used #10 stainless steel screws with nylock nuts and 1/8x1" x 4" long aluminum backer plates
