Shorter shocks going down to 36" a-arms?

Hey guys. I just picked up a '17 and it has the Zbroz 36" A-arms on it and their two-stage progressive springs. He said you just run the two springs on the stock Walker Evans because the stock spring is too long. Wouldn't this "steal" about 1-1/2" of stroke off of each shock, or do the a-arms relocate mounts to make the stockers work? Thanks!

Don't know what you mean about stealing compression unless you mean a shorter stroke. That should never be because of the springs though, unless they're binding which is really bad.

Zbroz says ideal shock length is 16.1-16.35 or something. Stockers from a 40" kit definitely fit however (barely).

I just bought some takeoffs from an 850 to put on mine. I think those are 16"

Yeah, that is what I mean. I see the website is "Out of Stock" so it must be a good upgrade. Thanks for the reply.
