Shipping a turbo kit

I am wondering if i were to win a bid on E-Bay, for a complete turbo kit from canada, what is it going to take (tricks) to getting it shiped to the states. Taxes duty fees ???? so on and so on,

they box it up, mail it to ya and you pay the shipping. Get the sender to send the item as a gift, this saves any broker/duty fees with courieirs when buying across the border. simple as that. broker fees are usually like 10-20 bucks on top of shipping.
