been reading alot about mods for this sled and i am going with SPI pistons and getting mild porting so my question is how much can the head be shaved?compression was 120psi in both holes before tore down.i have stock pipe and a can and am running stock air box.also how thick should i go with the reed spacers?also i tried to run without oil injection but oil seemed to push up the upper vent above block-off plate.is it ok to have the whole cavity full of oil?i tried to find posts and couldnt find any and the old forum is gone and not to many running old iron so if you have any input i would appreciate the help...
