Shasta snowmobilers -- help inquiry

Are any snowmobilers based at Mt.Shasta interested in taking a few climbers from Bunny Flat trailhead to the Old Ski Bowl trailhead? The Old Ski Bowl road is projected closed a while longer.

If so, please message me privately to discuss details that would make this worth your while. It's just climbers + packs, no skis.

This would be in April.

Thanks!

P.S. Yes, I know it's just ~2.5 miles between the two trailheads. Also, we're passing on renting snowmobiles/trailers/etc for several reasons.

Just show up in the parking lot with the following:

Beer

Cash

Snowshoes

You'll end up using one of them. :D

Agreed, that's one way to go :)
I'm hoping to have something a bit more solid that we can plan on.

If anyone will be there on a weekend morning in April and is interested (or knows someone who might be), feel free to reach out -- i trust we can make this worthwhile for you.

There’s a slim chance my son and I might be headed up there on the 7th. Just depends on how much snow there is around here near Susanville. It’s a long drive from here , but sometimes it’s the only place to get to snow. If by chance we do plan on going, we could give to a lift, but I sure wouldn’t expect to be compensated. We hauled some guys up a couple years ago and it doesn’t take much time. I’ll let you know if it happens. I won’t know until that week though, so if something else comes up better jump on it.

Woah, that would be very generous if it worked out and you were willing to give us a ride; the 7th is the weekend we're planning on as well.
Thanks for suggesting, whether it works out or out :)
(We would still try to compensate, for our own peace of mind)

Since as you mentioned it's a long shot, I'll keep searching for other opportunities.

Any one else planning to be up there the morning of April 7th?

I'll be monitoring this thread up to the day we head out (April 6th).
