Started out wondering if it was going to be an early finish. We hunkered down in some tree's to endure the nasty white out conditions. Decided to venture on and just let nature punish us with snow.

And then the sun came out.

What a great day with GREAT Friends!!!!!! We missed ya 1MEX! I sure wasn't expecting the ride we had when we were hanging in the tree's waiting for something to happen. So glad we ventured on.

T, I am very familiar with the other side, have ridden that side a lot. I took Lisa and Hayden out today and figured hot coco at the lodge would be a good way to rap up the ride.

I would have have some pretty sweet helemt cam footage today but it didn't work at all.

The snow was pretty deep but it was a little heavy. Lets just say I got stuck twice on flat ground.

You guys suck. I rode up at Strawberry today. I have never been so wet in my life. It was right on the verge of raining, hardly any snow cover at all. Noone wants to go riding tomorrow even though our normal stomping grounds got dumped....damnit...

Well that was a blast. The day ended up being so so sweet!!! Considering my day didn't start off that way considering to many beers last night, leaving my contacts in and well just being a bit tired. It was a fun time and we have some new spots to venture on the near future. We marked the map on this ride. SH marked it twice. Got close to home base and he looked at his tunnel and was missing a pack. Lost it somewhere. So he grabbed my gas can and back tracked. Me and C4F went and got our kids and waited for SH to make it back safe. He did, with no pack. And he logged almost 90 miles. Me and T did about 50. So it was a kick ars day for sure. I'm going to sleep gooood!!!

Missed those who couldn't join us. Maybe sometime soon.

Hey 1Mex, we are thinkin of heading out in the a.m. Bring some cookies, wife and your kids. We are going to ride double with ours and find some new meadows to mash. Your welcome to come on up. I wish we could stay all week. We could find fresh new stashes everyday. Dang work, school and not to mention my parents to hang with the kids.

GP........I wish you had a pic of the water pocket, it would have been an awesome shot!!!! It was a good thing I had a hand full of throttle or it would have ended up real ugly.

And yes........we did miss those how couldn't make it.
