Setup M8 turbo?

What set up do you guys use?
On my 08 m8 BD PG I'm running:
90g cpc weigths with 158/290 black AC spring
153"HCR track, 9"
RKT 38/36p helix with dual spring

Runing 7psi boost on pumpgas at sealevel.
Having trouble with rpm cut..:) Why?

This season I will go for 10-11psi, bigger injectors/pump on 90-100g weigths.

Any other advise on the cluch setup?
 
90Grams WOW!!!!!!!!! I wish I could pull 90g at 12K,,,,I would S### my pants

How can you get 10-11 pounds at sea level with pump gas?
 
Rebuildt head to 10,5:1 cr,sylinder match portet to speedwerx y-pipe875cc injectors, walbro pump, rebuildt fuel system with return to tank throug a aeromotive fpr...

Did use m1000 inj. Last season with great sucsess.. But the fuel system only allowed me to run 6,5psi boost...

Even so it did barly run even with my modifyed M1000....
I dont know what to do next season to keep him behind with 11psi...:face-icon-small-dis I might have to throw in the Joker...:D
 
How can you get 10-11 pounds at sea level with pump gas?
Tuning, lots of testing and good technical understanding is the key to get reliability. I`m pretty sure we can run 12-13 psi boost with some miner mods to it, on pumpgas with proper tuning.

Pump gas kits its worthless with out the right mods and tuning at sea level.
 
Racegas setup??

There should be some here on this forum that runs M8 RG that could tell theyr setups?
 
I've heard that BD figured out they where loosing power at high rpm to the injectors and running out of fuel. They supposedly have a fix call them.

At sea level you need more helix 36 /46 or 38 /48 your helix more used in piped m8 5000 to 6000 feet
 
Set Up

With that helix set up is amazing he is not running 95 to 100G and still not loading right.

You helix is a aspirated helix completely wrong direction 36/46 maybe I like straight 44 or 46 and if you are at sea and some what flat I would go clear to a 50


Pump gas you should be running at least 80G heavy Tips with a 44 to 48 helix.


I have a new Turbo weights that start at 76 and go 86 Loadable but just on the tip so you can not mess them up.
