Last season I had my forks done. ( .62 springs ,thicker oil etc) afterwards the ski seemed to wash out a lot easier. Anyone else have that issue ? any suggestions on changes to help eliminate the problem. 2016 TS 137LE

On what bike? Valving also? Washing out when and where... what conditions..

The stiffer front end helps keep the weight more neutral, so you're likely not getting the ski to hold as much as you're used to. I tend to compensate with my body position and riding style.

However if you're on a 2016, I'd suggest looking at the aro ski/spindle combo. The aro ski holds much better, especially with a 137 pushing it around.

2016 YZ No valving changes It washes out on side hills in the powder way more than before. Im thinking leghtening the strut might help.

I was going to try the ARO set up I have access to one I can try first . but there must be a reason it made so much difference and Id like to find a way to get it back to where it was. So far Im not thrilled with the result of $500.00 in fork work.

When you jam on the throttle hard or just keeping a constant throttle? My guess would be to raise the forks up towards the handle bars ( or lengthen the strut) to weight the front more. With the new springs your front end is sitting higher changing the geometry a bit and has lightened the front up...

Shorten the strut. You jacked the front end up with the heavy springs which took weight of the front of the track and added it to the back. That makes the track feel even longer than it is and harder to turn. Remember the kicked up rails on sleds? They did that so they will turn better. Shortening the strut does the same thing. Or of you have room to slide the forks up to touch the bars, that would work too.
