Last week in Salmon Arm we ran into a problem with a new Nytro,(minor problem, idler wheel bolt fall out) we attended to ALPINE Motorsports in Salmon Arm first thing in the morning trying to find a suitable bolt and spacer. The staff stated that they didn't have a new one but asked if we would mind a used one and took it off of there own sled to keep us up and running. When we questioned them about clutching they told us ours wasn't quite right,so they asked us to unload the sleds and bring them in. Adjustments made, wheel back on and out by 9:30 heading back to the hill!!!!!
So all we can say is a heart felt Thank You to Julianne and his staff! Their attitude to service will keep us as customers for as long as they are in business.
