We brought our 2013 Pro in for checking the top sprocket. Technical Service Bulletin S-13-01.
MAKE SURE THEY GET IT PUT BACK TOGETHER CORRECTLY!
Yes, bad things can happen. I won't get into the details, but keep your eyes open. Please. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.:face-icon-small-fro

Looks like the tech that did your work needs to back off on the beers at lunch!
 
but with the incorrect install you can double your belt life, when it wears out just put it on the other way, its like getting a new belt for free;)
 
It's pretty bad when a guy screws up something that has instructions right on it haha :lol:
 
Thats why I dont take my sleds ,Cars,weedwackers etc. to the dealer. especialy to my local dealer.
 
Wow that one is bad. It's amazing that dealers want to charge $70-$80 an hr for service work and only want to pay peanuts to the mechanics and expect to keep a good one around. My dad used to own a dealership where I worked as a mechanic. I don't claim to know everyting, but I know my way around a sled or atv inside and out and got paid a decent wage for it. I got an offer to work for a dealer in another town for $9.00/hr and I think their rate was 80 or 85 an hr. No wonder why we ended up fixing things in our shop that had been to that dealer and weren't fixed right the first time.
