does anyone know the weight difference between a series four and five 144 2 inch
series 4 verses series 5

As far as I know, the 144x2 inch tracks are all series 4, even on the brand new sleds. The series 5 and 5.1 tracks are only available in 2.4 inch lugs, with 146 inch being the shortest length available. So a 2014 144x2 should weigh the same as a 2003 144x2
