As shown in the previous posts I have spent my time engineering the frame and assembly for this snow bike. Here are some completed pictures on the Aluminum assembly after modifications were made to the frame. So far no issues with buckling. I have recently attached strain gages to various parts of the skeletal frame and plan on getting real time strain readings. This assembly has a 136 track and surprisingly enough there is plenty of motor in my 450 XCW to power it.
