I am selling a sled and live in Washington. I have had a lot of interest from buyers in Canada. I would like to be able to take a sled on trade as part of the deal and I have a couple of questions. First, being in Washington, our state doesn't title snowmobiles, what do I need to do? Second, what paperwork is required to make a trade and where is best place to do it.
