:face-icon-small-hapFINALLY GOING TO GET TO SEELEY LAKE. WE'RE GOING TO BE IN COOKE OVER CHRISTMAS AND THEN HEAD TO SEELEY FOR 3 OR 4 DAYS OVER NEW YEARS. STAYING AT TAMACK'S RESORT.

ANY INFO ON RIDING AREAS WOULD BE GREAT. MOSTLY RIDE THE TREE'S/TECHNICAL STUFF, BUT ALSO TAKE MY DAUGHTER OUT FOR HALF DAYS, SO SOMETHING CLOSE, A LITTLE MORE OPEN FITS HER BETTER.

WE HAVE ALL THE GEAR, BAGS,PROBES,BEACONS,ETC.
ANY THOUGHTS ON FOOD AND ENTERTAINMENT WOULD ALSO BE APPREICIATED.ALSO THE BEST PLACE FOR GAS, I DIDN'T ASK IF THEY HAVE IT AT TAMARACKS. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Family riding is great around Seeley.
A lot of groomed trails. Couple hundred miles, I think.

Get a trail map from Rovero's Conoco or Kurt's Polaris across the street.

For off trail, go across the lake and head toward Lake Elsina, Mount Henry etc.

Can ride from town or trailer to heliport.

Thanks for the info so far. Is Tamaracks an allright place to stay? Does Kurt's sell KLIM? We'll be riding PRO's and a couple lifted Dodges. Stop by and say HI if you see us. Can't wait!

Kurt's sells both Klim and Motorfist.

Don't know how Tamaracks is in the winter.
Great for summer though.

Seeley Lake

Get a trail map and head up to the warming hut, it sits at around 6000 feet and has a large wide open play area for all skill levels. Great place to take your daughter plus with good snow plenty of play areas for you.

The Filling Station restaurant and bar at the west end of town has good food.

What elevation is most of the riding at? What do you guy's run for weights. We will be riding 800 RMK's.

Went out playing in the snow yesterday. Just past the warming hut is where the picture was taken. Need more before we'll have much for off trail riding but it's a start.

Roveros (the Conoco) has the cheapest gas and a decent hardware store. Lindey's Steak House and Double Arrow lodge have by far the best food. But if you're just looking for a burger Pop's Family restaurant, Moose River and the Filling Station are all decent.

Kurt's actually dropped Motorfist this year and is just a Klim dealer now. The guys will take care of any sled needs you have. I've never had a bad experience there and I know they go out of there way to get guys back on the snow as soon as possible.

Nice website Caleb. Your going to love the XM, it will really fit your riding style. Glad to see you breathed life back into your REV for one more year. It is a classic. Keep us updated on the snow at Seeley, we are to bare over her to even road ride :face-icon-small-fro

Up into the 20+ range for all local.
Lolo, HooDoo and Jocko!!!!

I don't know why they dropped Motorfist. Kinda disappointing as a sponsored Motorfist rider. Next time I'm in the shop I'm going to ask Curt.

We have a nice storm going on right now. Almost a 1ft of fresh in town and counting. It's looking the opening day (dec. 1st) is going to be half decent after all.
