Check out the Stage 2 kit for the 2020 Alpha, Riot and CTEC 800 sleds.

Sweep runs and Long WOT

The production 2020 Arctic Cat Alpha on the dyno. In this video you can see the Bikeman Stage 2 with Torque Link Flash vs Stock. You will see nice gains in the midrange and about 12hp peak!

Great info on the dyno runs! That said, Joey you sort of showed off the torque link setup, will the average guy be able use it for tuning or will it be locked out and just used to upload a tune only?

here is a couple videos explaining how the torque link system works we developed it to be really user friendly. It will be user adjustable if that package is purchased. If you want to keep it simple with premade tunes we have that as well.
Torque link initially will be available for CTEC800, CTEC 600, Polaris 850, DOO 850 and Gen 4 600

how it flashes-

How to make changes in the developer software-

Both 2019 and 2020 make peak power at the same rpm, with your stage 1 kit?

Thanks for doing the overvrev! It’s great info for sled building, clutching etc

Why do you need the y pipe on the 19? When I bought my pipe I was told by you guys I didn’t need the y pipe and it’s been running fine without it?

You do not need a Y pipe but you will have better gains on the 18-19 when running one. The 20 factory Y pipe acts very similar to the BMP Y. So it is not needed on the 20 but will work still!

Stock 2020 y-pipe is different than 2019 less angle on y and looks longer but didnt messure.
