So I screwed up the inner sheave on my 2010 D8 and need to replace the clutch because of this. Options I was considering are the TEAM TSS-04 which I believe is the stock clutch for us, or the TEAM Tied driven clutch. Any help would be appreciated.

Personally I think the TSS-04 works great.

Had the same thing happen to my 10D8, only the dealership that assembled my sled screwed it up not me. My bushing came out around 300 miles and found out the sheave was cracked. Polaris didn't warranty it. They said I did it, well why would I have done it with 300 miles on it, I didn't replace the belt or helix. Anyway I thought of doing a team tied also, but I think you will have to figure out which helix to run because they say you can run up to 12 Deg. steeper helix, so I think I will go with the regular team.
Look for a good used TSS-04 if you are on a budget... you'll be able to re-use your helix.
