What is the deal with two different diameters on the Cat rollers?
0.750 and 0.85

The very first roller we made was about 8 years ago for the 3 roller secondary. Because there was lots of roller room in the old clutch we made them .85 for extra strength and long life. They rolled easier etc., and most everyone was very satisfied. However, we did come across a few riders that wanted the .75 dia. In 2007 when we started making the rollers for the new diamond drive secondary the rollers had to be .75 to fit the roller space. Now we offer both sizes so you riders have the choice in size and also cost. Both will work great but the .75 dia. are more costly to make.

Thanks, might have to get a set. Getting ready soon to pull the trigger on my mod and just prowling the web for some last minute goodies to get the power to the ground.

Big decision now is buttons vs. rollers. Seems a fair bunch of guys cant get good performance from rollers and switch to buttons, Poo or Cat.

So far, we've had very positive feedback about these rollers as compared to the originals for both Cat and Ski-doo.
We are convinced the roller is the best way to go, of course.
