Second opinion on sled!!

Looking to pick up a new sled and this is the best I have found for my budget. It's a 2002 rmk 800 but here is what is done to her:

900 union bay with recent rebuild
Twin slp race pipes
Nos(would not use)
V force reeds
Dial jets
Avenger 2 gauges
Lefty throttle
Pro bars
Converted from a 151 to a 159 (not sure on what tunnel or track)
Powder pro skis
Sup light weight trail arms
Ligut weight spindles
Drop and roll chaincase
Big wheels
Titanium springs
Boss seat
Mesh hood


There asking 3900. Tell me what you guys think!

I would make sure to ask too see the receipts on the motor rebuild(and check the compression)...and defientlly would check the piston wash and or cylinders for scoring if they were running nos on it(not nocking whom ever built and or tuned the sled but have seen the OH YEAH its got a fresh motor in it......and POP goes the crank 5mi's into the first ride) too many times! What I always do is try too "read" the person selling the sled while your looking at, you can judge alot about how a vehicle was treated by the way the seller carries them selves.

Yeah im hoping they didn't run Nos to much... Its from one of our local Polaris dealers so I'm hoping they are being 100 percent honest but it never hurts to question them a little! Do you know where I can find some info on the union bay 900's?

FTX fastrax might be able to help you. They bouhgt outb union bay.

i wouldn't give any more than $2,800.00 doesn't matter whats done to it,it's still an '02

you could easily find an old m1000 and stuff a 2.5-3" in it and woop sum @ss for that much, without the headache of the modzilla small-paddle.
