SDI on a 670? Would it work

Anyone Ever try to put the SDI on s 670. Heres what im thinking Move the injectors to a plate between the RV and throttle bodies or maybe directly into the crankcase. Could it work? or I could inject directly into the cylinder like sdi does but I would be afraid of how i could get the bottom end and RV cool and lubed.

Well the question is do you think it could be done and how much of a pain would it be to get right?

Thinking out loud here.

For lubing the bottom end, couldn't you use the same oil pump from the existing 670? It should feed enough oil so long as the oil pump cable is positioned correctly for the throttle position. Just drill the passages in the case to the bearings and run the oil lines? I forget if the passages were in there, I think they are cast in from the factory? You could just plumb a line to the center of the RV cover as well to lube the RV.
