scratchers on ski?

ok so been searching the threads and found some guys running scratchers on ski and some have made a bracket to mount them behind the idler wheel, i have a 121 track and wondering where to mount mine....dont want to remove wheels...any thoughts?

yes the ski scratchers work i think slp sells them i am trying to make a set for mine will take pics when done.

saw a pic on here with normal scratchers mounted on a ski just by drilling a 3/8 hole through the ski and mount them on the inside of the ski

Is there room to mount them directly behind the wheel?

with 121 there are two sets of wheels so it would have to go behind the second set and thats getting far back?

I don't run idler's. I put my scratchers on my front idler wheel hole.
Over 500 miles and hyfax are still good as new.

Can you show us? Post a pic of the skid?

Oh, I didn't realize there was 2 sets of wheels up front, lol.

but ya, I specifically leave my front wheels on for the trail miles we have to do... not concerned about saving 2 lbs at the expense of hifax wear. lol

The farther forward the better of course, As 2112 asked, can you show us a pic of your skid?

ok will do my best to get a pic tonight when i am home from work....not really sure where to run them? If i pull the rear idler and run them there they might be too far back and not fit, pull the front and there isnt enough room between the two idlers to run them....

myabe up front on the ski? not too sure...want to run them...but where
