Scott Rattray Injured

[WHISTLER HELISLEDDER]

For those of you that know him, Scott Rattray Squamish BC (a legend in the area) was riding at Brohm on New Years Eve day.. took a bad spill and broke his back...He was helied to VGH in Vacouver where he underwent an operation to repair his spine...It is too early to tell... but early reports suggest that he will recover...although it is a VERY SERIOUS INJURY and it will take a long time for him to rehab....We are wanting to put on a SLED FEST Video Party benefit for him next month in Squamish and I hope that the many of you who know him from the movies that he has been in and /or supported or have had your rigs worked on at Rattray's Auto will pm me for support and details..

Back injury

Prayers to Scott for a good recovery. My brother went through this last May and still is recovering from the accident at Mt Baker.

The bone part is easy. The spinal cord injury is the bad part and takes alot of time and rehab. God Bless!

This is a really bad deal. Haven't had it happen to me but have seen all types of back injuries with our sand and snow riders and it is a VERY hard time.
