I have a 05 rev 800 X and i'm wondering which rear skid I have. I bought some fancy wheels for it and they said they will fit sc-4 and sc-5 rear skids so I bought them and now I find out that the bearings in the new wheels are to small to fit in place of the old ones. So now I'm wondering if I can maybe just change my rear axle over to the one I need and then switch the front idler wheel mounts and make these wheels work. The way I see it is my 02 zx700 and 05 rev 800 have the same wheels so they must have the same rear skids right? Any advice would help alot thanks.
