Anybody change an SBA steering post position to the RMK position? Looks do-able but without gutting two sleds, measuring everything up, ordering parts and running the chance of getting it all wrong, thought I would ask here first. I'd love my SBA steering post to be in the same position as an RMK. Let me know, thanks.

I think you are referring to the angle and not the position ... Correct?

Check the parts fiche.... find which parts are common to both and which are different... including but not limited to... console, fuel tank, front, front overstructure section, rear over structure section, Steering post, drag link .

Post up what you find.

Correct. Angle, position, whichever lol.

I see the hoop and over structure are for sure different. Haven't gotten any further. I'm pretty sure the tank and console are the same, hood as well. Upper post and drag link, along with the upper post mounting hardware may be different but not much. Have to put my SBA and a friends RMK side by side, tear them down and side down with the parts fiche to see what's what. Just wasn't sure if anybody here had done it or not.

You'll be the first it seems... Please post up some pics etc... I'll see if I can find out from some good sources as well.

Cheers,
Eric
