Saved a honey bear!

Pizza crust is pretty good with honey on it.

I went to pour some honey on my pizza crust last night and my honey had crystallized. Crunchy honey just ruins the delicious honey-crusty goodness.

So I heated up some water, let the honey warm up a while, then cool back down.

Eating leftover pizza tonight, my honey is smooth again.
