Looking to go riding on Sat. Where is the best snow?
I don't mind driving to get to it, I need a good riding fix before I'm stuck at home for the Xmas week. Well, not stuck, but you know what I mean.:rolleyes:

I was there on Tues and we broke trail in the new snow that there was (about 10") to salad bowl. Had to turn around though, low lite white out. Couldnt tell where the sky ended and snow began, couldnt see any contour in snow.

It was decent snow, they need alot more, but still.............good riding

gallagher

we tore it up yesterday :) it was almost waist deep in the trees and 2-3 hours of bluebird and ofcourse i forgot my camera. Lots of movement on the hills but the trees were awesome. Was thinking about going tomorrow as well, but im sore and would be hard to beet thursday. Could hardly see the tracks from the guys on wednesday. it was amwesome. Supposedly they started grooming this morning to the trail was bad!

ohh and there a solid 7-8 feet of snow up there. still needs more but pretty dang good.

Be glad to take you up there sometime...I'm gonna wait for more snow and less Avy issues....Might be after the 1st of the year.......UR always welcome......

Thanks for the invite, I'll definitely take you up on it and look forward to it. :beer;

Merry Christmas to you and yours this season.

Best riding I have heard of is north--the Coq is looking pretty good--about a hour over the border.

We are headed towards the reload to just blow the cobwebs off the sleds--and us!!
