go past the last resort cascade play time and go about 1/8 mile and take a right at bear creek its a gravel road on the right go to the top of the road and that is the sasse mt campground are you looking to ride up there?

No, just trying to place it so I know where the snotel site is. Snotel up there at 4200' or so lists a 35" base roughly.

Sasse Ridge runs from Hex Mountain most the way to Jolly Mountain. It is on your right hand side on the drive to Salmon La Sac from the Last Resort. The Snotel is closer to Sasse Mtn. which is past the end of the lake directly East from the French Cabin turn off.

Good site for measuring snow....Not really a riding area west of Hex.....

UR name is VAN EPPS. Sasse ridge is just east of VAN EPPS. Runs parallel to the road to SLS..........
