I have had the sled out looking at it but NO riding.
I heard LaRonge area has decent snow with very little slush on the lakes. Friend who owns a fishing lodge at Besnard talked about going up to open trails for ice fishing later this month.

Ya it sucks here too....like -2 degrees C (28 ish in 'Merican?) and 1.5 feet of snow since this time yesterday....still snowing and supposed to get another foot tonight.

You were pretty brave to do that. Not even enough snow to make snow angels up there. Lol. had to drink beer and shoot skeet at New Years instead. Wasn't even tempted to take my sled out.
