Found this thing online, BD turbo, full set og Fox top of the line series..

Allmost looks like it has been lying upside down burning, and hard to tell how much it would cost to get running?

Currently at 3500usd, but cant imagine it getting sold anywhere near that?

To me it's not worth trying to get running, engine is probably good. I'm sure the wire harness it nfg. Even the shocks got hot and might have melted the internals.

Looks like it was in a burning shop or trailer

Yeah, maybe, but found it odd that the hood is in perfect condition? :face-icon-small-con

The shocks looks like they still are pressurized, and at 100usd a piece can be fully rebuilt, and all the electrical stuff can be replaced with used takeoff stuff at a fraction of new cost.

If it wouldnt have cost me so much to get it shipped I would be all over it. By the way, anyone bought stuff from this place before?

I wouldn't pay that much.
Hood was obviously probably off when it caught fire.

It would cost over $10k to fully restore that.
Yikes.

that thing got hot I would bet the tunnel got tempered and would not trust any part on it for 3500$$ I find one that was twisted around a tree at least then what you see is what you get

NOT Salvageable, Was Too hot! Nothing Left to Save

There is not a single part on that sled I would reuse. At 300 degrees F you lose the temper in the aluminum and the temper is where Aluminum gets about half it's strength from.

I would not trust any part of that sled, and whoever is selling it are crooks for trying to sell it. It is Garbage, bale it up and dispose of it.

Good point, and might very well be the case.

Not sure at what temp the thinner plastic parts that has melted on this sled does, i think the heat must have been somewhat lower than what might affect the aluminium, since the nosecone and sidepanel lower parts seems to be intact.

But, I totally agree, this deal might go either way for the buyer...

Anyways, must have sucked seing this sled go up in flames:face-icon-small-blu
