Anybody been up there lately, what kind of snow they getting. Was gonna hit GC but everyone who doesn't have a winter job n there mom hit it. So thinkin of headin that way.

Foot plus....? How that work with 40in new this week? U mean foot plus difference in depth from gallgher to GC?

Not sure who you're getting your info from, but there isn't 40 new inches from this week... Went up gold creek yesterday, and in spots it was a couple feet maybe, but thats more in the trees on the leeward side of the slope, so Gallagher has to have a bit more...
May be false info but there will be close to 40 after sat

gallagher it is, snow levels 3000 feet tonight wit rain. means snow at gallagher rain at gc.

Have you looked at the forecast?? Lots of Snow and high winds. I would be checking Avy forecast before heading up to Gallagher. But that is your call. I know people go up there with questionable avy conditions--but think about it--that is almost all avy chute going in.

There was 4 to 5 Aval. slides up at Gallagher Thursday morning . And yes there was more snow at Gold creek last week. but snowing right now up in Ronald so more powder up high later . I can not afford a heli trip out of there anyway.

The wind is no joke. Radio talking of wind advisory. When up there, be smart. Beware of wind loads and crossing avy paths. One guy on hill at a time and all that! Be safe and have a great time

Yep, Monday sounds like the day to me................IF my sled is back together, got my fingers crossed on that. May be the last deep snow day this yr (except for Baker)
