SAE and Metric or just Metric?

Does Polaris use both SAE and Metric like Cat does? Hope not; makes it a nightmare to wrench sleds!

I've never owned a Poo before but I'm getting more and more excited about the Pro RMK every day; plan to order this week and just another issue that would help me decide over a used 2010 M8 that I can get but I've seen how Cats are put together and I'm not impressed.

Thanks!

If you dont have SAE and Metric in you tool kit then take it to the dealer.
11,000 dollar sled or 150 dollars craftsman tool kit both SAE and Metric

We will let you decide but hey 14 and 9/16 are almost the same. Also alot more. I also ask this question if you dont own both should you be working on your sled?????????????????????

Can someone give me a straight answer - yes or no? And if yes, what do you do, bring 2 sets of wrenches with you when you ride?

Thanks!

2011 800 RMK and Pro RMKs are all metric except for the torx head and Dzus fasteners.

I was told the same by the polaris rep. last saturday when we were on our demo ride. Can't wait till October gets here!

The 2011 Pro RMK's/Assaults/Rushes are all metric fasteners.... according to 4 seperate engineers From the factory that I've talked to.

This includes engine, chassis and suspension.
