Sacked springs on WE shocks?

I have a '11 SBA. Last weekend I bent a left lower arm. When I replaced it today, I had the sled in the air and noticed both front springs seemed to be sacked. The shocks seem fine, but in order to have any preload on the springs I had to bottom out the threads on the shock bodies. Has any body had this trouble?

yup, happen to me today, was too stiff the retainer was bottomed out so i backed off to about the middle, put sled on side pulled ski so shock was fully extended and the bottom spring retainer fell out. is there longer springs available?

I think both zbros and raptor have spring kits for the stock shocks... Priced reasonably.

An option, likely better one, than stock
