I have one.. I have a 38 with a q11 rod..I seem to have a different experience than some people... You have to have a primer or you will be kicking forever... Have to have a heat collar... I am trying a q7 next week because it runs a little warm for my taste when it is tapped out... Also my vibrations are pretty bad which some say the smarty accelerates... I should have a egt at some point also.. I am working through clutch issues then I will be able to focus more on the carb next week. I have a different port than most though. So far I like the carb but thinking that the Lectron might be a better fit for snowbiking because of the adjustable power jet for top end jetting ( only a theory I have only used a 36m on my ktm 300 with wheels)... We will see.. I ride from 6000 to 11000 .. As far has billet and cast I feel the billet is more refined... Apt says it flows better but who knows..
Here is an update.... The q7 was the ticket for me it starts and idles beautiful and runs like great on the top end.
