Lay a flat edge on the back side of the inner sheave on your primary that is long enough to pass by the secondary. The offset should be 15mm +- 1.5mm. Measure the gap from both sides of the inner secondary sheave from the straight edge to the back side of the sheave to ensure everything is square.
