Does anyone have a billet bushing or something to fix them from getting sloppy so quick ? I have a rider forward post with an Alpine turbo.

I believe Wildchild made some of those as well......After he made the Post kit he made the Billet bushings to get rid of that exact problem......

I just talked to Kurt and he said it would not work with the rider forward on the bottom bushing. What did you do ?

Chad I have machined down the spacers, and then faced the plastic bushings the same amount.....It tightens up the play on the steering post quite abit.....when you get them nice and tight, put them together with some O-rings in the grooves allready in the plastic spacers and give them a good shot of grease....Should be good to BOOOST.......

I agree with Brett
Looks like the bushings pack more than wear, new ones just start the process over again, the old ones are harder than the new ones
Heat tape the area also, the turbo cook's them and they get soft and mushy
The perfect seal is on the same bushing on a Yamaha ATV if you like that sort of thing
