rx motor to nytro chassis

I have an 05 rx1 motor collecting dust. can it fit in the nytro? how much work? anyone try/done it? i know it can be done, just how hard.

Diamond S has done several........CR is doing a couple, and Impulse has ....so yeah its no big deal.

i thought i read on here that they are putting apex motors in a stock nytro bulk head? any truth to it?

Yes it is possible.

well thats my next question that goes deeper. electrical - do i have to use the rx gauge or can i use the nytro? guess i'll wait for someone that knows more.

so i can get a 06 apex complete. i can put the apex motor in my '10 mtx nytro chassis? and all the electical? do i need a speacial adapter plate? can i see some pics of the motor in the stock chassis/bulkhead? thanx

I haven't confirmed but someone told me that the mounts for all the 4 stroke engines are the same except for the phazer, its possible it would drop in but I dont have a nytro to compare my apex to.
