Hi Tactrat
Here is a link to a product review of the Ouzo's with an eliminator by a gentleman who wears glasses. Their is also a pic of him with his Ouzo's in an MX helmet so you get an idea of the fit.

Here is a pic of me in the Haber Riva's with an MX helmet:
We have also put the Highlines, Prima's and MXT's all in MX helmets. The thing you have to keep in mind is that each MX manufacturer has a bit different cut on the opening so all goggles will fit differently.
The great thing about Haber is that if you are not happy with the fit they will fully refund your money in the first 10 days. Or they will do a product exchange in the first 30 days. You just need to give them a call to get a refund authorization number. They also will work with you they understand that if you buy a goggle in July for sledding you may not actually use it until November.
The only venting that you really need to worry about with an eliminator is to keep the top edge of the goggle clear. The eliminator will create the air flow and vent out the top. The eliminator runs along the top edge of your goggle so it would not be feasible to put 2 in.
If you choose to go the insert route, after you receive it you take it to your optometrist to be fitted with your prescription. We recommend that you take both the insert and goggle to your optometrist so they can fit the two together properly (it has to do with getting the right geometry between the two). Their is a big long technical reason on the Haber website..lol!
Anyways as far as OTG goggles Haber does recommend the Ouzo's. That being said though our oldest son wears glasses and fits them into his Highlines just fine. The Highlines and Prima's are both the same fit and finish. He also has an eliminator in his Highlines. It really depends on the size of your glasses frame and goggle frame.
As far as different goggles you need to consider a few things first do you want a flash? This is the mirror finish you see on the outside of the goggles and it makes the lenses a bit darker. You can get the flash on all the polarized lenses. The Ouzo's specifically do come both with a flash and without a flash option. The other thing you will need to consider is if you want the optical orange or vermillion lens color. The vermillion is an excellent choice for low light days. It also will not tint the rhodopsins in the back of your eye thereby preserving your night vision if you get caught out after dark. The optical orange is what I ride with, this color is awesome in bright light as well as low light conditions.
