Rush pro-r switchback

Hi!

I cant find a review or riders thoughts on the new Rush pro-r switchback... Has anyone of u guys tested it yet? Whats your thoughts of it? How does it run i the powder and so on?

thanks

That low back bummer height looks marginal to me for deep western snow. It looks more like a sled for folks sticking to the trails or maybe small storms in flatter train. Not really a steep and deep machine. I bet the machine will bridge the bumps a lot better on the trail than a short track.

The Pro-R switchback is geared 70/30 on trail is how Polaris puts it. In Feb in northern Minn it did fine on the lakes with 12" of powder, but my opinion is that it really shined on the trails.

We had an '11 Assault Switchback and it did better in off trail, but on trail the Pro-R was faster and easier to ride.

If you are looking more for on trail than off trail I would say the Pro-R Switchback is the best deal. If you are going to be off trail more than on, you probably want the non-Pro-R version.

There are rider journals from SnowShoot posting up on Max Sled that have some broad info in them on the cross-overs.
