Running out of track tensioner (help)

I have a MM700 that I put a new tunnel on and extended the rails from 141 to 151. I don't think I put the rear suspention back far enough. 5 yrs later my track is getting loose and I am about at the end of my tensioners.

What can I do?

The rear will is stock (I think it its 7" but not sure). Can I just put a set of 8" wheels on?

Dont think you can just put a big wheel on and be done. you will need new extensions with a big wheel kit, (lifts it up a bit)make sure your axle is all the way back. if it is then i think all you can do is new extensions or new rails. maybe drop the back susp. but could throw everything else off could be wrong but my thoughts:D:beer;:beer;:D good luck

just throw on some extroverts, then track wont strech any further, you can run it looser for less power loss, just finished doing my freinds vmax (04 rx ton skid).

Already got 9 tooth extroverts on. The track hangs by its self 2 1/2" in the middle of a 151 skid. I can fit three fingers between the track and the hyfax. If I hit a big bump on a climb it will jump the cogs. Ya a little to loose. I can tighten it up some but I am getting really close to running out of threads.

Yammerhammer: I will have to look into that idea. Thanks,

buying that kit for the big wheel will make your track ride on the rear wheels heavely and not the rail or susp. you have to raise it up some. hammers way will work fine only if your extensions don't fit in the stock grove. seen some were they go in the stock slot for strength and extend out so you have no room for play
