On your next ride out stay in the position you're at for an hour, THEN try the 56-44-31 position (Team Helixes are super easy to change).
What these numbers are saying is that it's a progressive cut from 56 degrees to 44 degrees within the first 0.310" of the shift (full shift being 1.125"). The rest of the cut is straight 44 degrees. This cut will put more load through the system but I'm damn sure your machine will pull it according to what we've talked about ! If it pulls it it's gonna be just ridiculous the acceleration you'll get.
I'd try to add pin weight too. The Jaws Gen2's is rated at 78-8200, you might want to try to get your clickers tricked out so you pull 8200 for an hour of your ride or so and see if it's pulling harder than if your're revving 8000 or 7900. From there, pick your target RPM and work around that.
Within a day a guy can probably fine tune it pretty close to where it has to be. What's your secondary spring in there finally, didn't you pull the helix out ?
Softer finish, (maybe softer start too) on that sec spring is what i'd suggest also.
