Rudes 2005 snowhawk build

On your next ride out stay in the position you're at for an hour, THEN try the 56-44-31 position (Team Helixes are super easy to change).
What these numbers are saying is that it's a progressive cut from 56 degrees to 44 degrees within the first 0.310" of the shift (full shift being 1.125"). The rest of the cut is straight 44 degrees. This cut will put more load through the system but I'm damn sure your machine will pull it according to what we've talked about ! If it pulls it it's gonna be just ridiculous the acceleration you'll get.

I'd try to add pin weight too. The Jaws Gen2's is rated at 78-8200, you might want to try to get your clickers tricked out so you pull 8200 for an hour of your ride or so and see if it's pulling harder than if your're revving 8000 or 7900. From there, pick your target RPM and work around that.

Within a day a guy can probably fine tune it pretty close to where it has to be. What's your secondary spring in there finally, didn't you pull the helix out ?
Softer finish, (maybe softer start too) on that sec spring is what i'd suggest also.

If I were you I'd give a try to the Black/Green (140-220).

Less force on the finish will cause it to "want to shift longer". Will probably hurt your backshift but you're on trails not deep snow so you don't really care that much about flawless backshift like us in the mountains.

Less force on the start won't "hold" the shift as much as the other one you got. You may have en even better acceleration too.

update!

had to re wrap my pipe since it unravelled. this time i stoped it at the top of where it transitions down to the stinger. with the extra, i wraped my one fork so the oil dosent boil and i wraped my can. i also added .7 grams to my primary to get to clicker 3-4. waiteing for my 140-220 team secondary spring. tightend my chain from the first ride and last but not least, i moved my upper shock mount to the frame to try and stiffen my suspension. oh and i moved my foot pegs back to the last postion.

i also took the seat apart to try and add more padding. my firstride took its toll on my lower back!
