anyone else hear or feel there track rubbing on there tunnel from time to time on there xp???

I rode mine for the first time yesterday and yah I felt that quite a bit, stopped a lot of times to check if he was coming off or had a chunk hanging off of it or something.

Ya I noticed a couple of times, just thought it was track hitting ice build-up in tunnel.

Mine was on the bumpy trail up but was much better after tightening slightly. It bounces up and down and hits the tunnel/exchanger.

Are you sure your hearing the track rubbing or are you ratcheting? Are you on a short track or a long track?

put 400 miles on mine last year and it rubbed all year had the powderlite track....couldnt get the powderlite on the 09s so i wanted my old one on my new sled and the dealer changed it for me....rode 30 miles and the track rubbed again and cracked alone one of the paddles...ski-doo warranty covered it.

My 08 rubbed on the right side last year. The dealer changed the bolt on the drop bracket. It screwed up my paddles a little on the outer edge. Check this bolts.

I'm assuming your paddles got screwed up and that was why your dealer changed out the drop bracket bolts? If so, what did they replace them with?

found the issue

Hey found my problem. Both drop down brakets were broke so that is why I was getting a rubbing problem. Any one no if there any after market heavy duty type a person can buy??

Smitty 800 makes aftermarket brackets people give good reviews of. You can drop your track with them for more room too.
