Rt 1000 starter

So there is power going from the battery to the handle bar controller. But nothing happens when you press start. And there is no change when you check the pins in the handle bar unit when you press start, also why won't it pull start if the battery is dead? Seems to me it should start up like a non e start with the battery dead but it won't pull start unless its able to e start.

An SDI needs the voltage to run the pump momentarilly to prime the injectors, it takes a couple of seconds for the priming sequence, you'll never get there yanking on the starter. An RT with a low or dead battery is a miserable experience, go get you a new one and life will be good

not my sled, just found it weird. So i guess the pull start is there if you battery is not dead but not enough juice to start the motor you can pull start it??? Weird...

So im guessing the handle bar controller needs to be replaced?
