Is RSI responding to anyone? I called them and Left a message, sent them an email, and sent a PM here through the forum and haven't gotten any response.

I'm wanting to do lower handlebars on my axys as I'm 5'7' and I think the lower bar will help in many ways. I'm debating between the RSI bar (which lowers it by 4" from stock I believe) and the dan adams Fly Bar (which lowers it 2-3" from stock I believe). I'm leaning towards the RSI bar because it goes a little lower. Also, I want to do a heated throttle block with the integrated kill switch but it when doing a search on their website I can't find a heated block.

I'm starting to worry to that if I order the parts from RSI that I won't get them as they aren't replying to anything.

Anyone on here a dealer for these parts and any recommendations/opinions on how low to go with the bar (I'm 5'7" and ride as little road as I can and much backcountry as I can)

Thanks for the help!

Well, from what I understand David Fischer bought them out and they are still in full operation under new ownership. Maybe they're busy with switching everything over? Who knows.

I thought Burandt's online store was an RSI dealer but it looks like he uses Skinz bars now and has pretty much all his RSI products on sale. Wonder if its just because he moved to Skinz bars or if there is more to the story.

I had sent them an email a few months ago about a new version of their USB charger (USB-C) but did not hear back and just built my own.

RSI

Hey, I'll try to clear this up for everyone, since I too have been dealing with this problem for the last 2 months. I ordered parts from them almost two months ago and never got them and couldn't get a hold of them. Called a dozen or so times, left voicemails, emailed. I even messaged David on Facebook and that never got me anywhere. Well long story short, i found out that Straighline Perforance is RSI's parent company so i called them and got it all straightened out. Parts are on their way to me now. Sounds like David pretty much dropped the ball and put all of his attention to his SEMA build. I have a feeling someone else will be taking over. Give straightline a call at 651-466-0212 and they will hook you up. Sad to see a company like RSI being handled like that. This may really hurt them. Cheers:face-icon-small-coo

Man that kind of stuff really gets on my nerves. If youre not going to be filling orders and have no interest in helping customers, then take down the website. I dealt with a similar situation after placing an order for some led lights for my truck. Waited two weeks and no response from anyone with emails, calls or facebook messages. Finally filed a dispute with paypal and the company send me my money back with no explanation about anything.
