Hey guys I figured I would show you what I went with for my fuel/aux storage for my Pro. I got the Roto-pax 3 gal gasoline can, 2-gal storage unit, polaris mount kit, and mount extensions. If you guys haven't seen these before it is worth a look. www.rotopax.com
What turned me onto these was the versatility of the cans. I have a Rzr-S for the summer and I figured if I was going to be spending big money on a gas can, I might as well get a can work in both summer and winter. Also the low-profile of the cans, built extremely tough(mounts are billet aluminum), and a BIG plus they are MADE IN THE USA!! Great customer service and I think they look cool too. Anyways here are a few pics, and some out of the garage:)

How secure are those Roto's? I can see that nothing is going to fall off with the big T bolt there but can the stuff shimmy & twist around? We sometimes have to ride miles and miles of whooped out trails to get to the good stuff and having something back there wiggling around wouldn't cut it for me. It looks good on the monitor, just asking for a first hand opinion.

Well, I have yet to try em on the trail also, but just messing with it in the garage it is a very well designed unit. The base plate as you can see mounts to the tunnel with four carrage bolts. The first gas mount bolt through not only the mount plate, but through another re-enforcement plate on the inside of the mount plate. From there your first gas can slides onto that mount , then secure it with the threaded T handle. Roto-pax sells different level t-handles to make them even tighter. You can get them pretty dang tight. then you slide the other can on the extension and tighten it to your desire. There are little ball sockets that the t-handle fits onto on the can. I would think they would handle whoops pretty good, but until I try for myself, I can't tell you for sure. Hope this helps.

My boss has them all over his ATV and he beat the crap out of them with no movement so they should be solid on the sleds too I think. Nice clean set up.

Good looking sled Tom. Now lets see some action shots. I know you have a few of those. :face-icon-small-hap

Thanks Tom, here is a few from this weekend and today. Sorry only action shots are my wife riding it. Anyone want a 10' Dragon:)
The Rotopax held up great the first few rides and I absolutely love the Storage compartment, holds the days food, water, and hotpockets. I highly recommend it.

I have snow envy, and Pro envy....I think I need to get a job one of these years so I can solve some of these major dilemmas:violin:

Nice work with the Pro, you have a beauty on your hands! Really like the containers too...

Looks good buddy. That's the most snow I've seen in the Caribou Hills this time of year in a long, long time.

If this keeps up your trailer isn't going to get much of a workout this season. I'm sure that will break your heart.

We have almost no snow in Wasilla yet but there is a bit showing up a ways north of here.
